resubmission of basis of claim form

I was asked on 13 February 2024 to resubmit my BOC form and i was unable to upload the document on the given date which was 13 February 2024. So, I had not received any update after that and I had not got my Acknowledgement Letter so what should i do to proceed further.

yes i resubmitted it but yet not my acknowledgment letter
