Hello Friends,

Are there any restriction on movement for employment purpose if one receives Express Entry ITA through Ontario PNP (by adding 600 points)? Can somebody take up job in other provinces if s/he acquired PR through Ontario PNP?

Are there any other restrictions applied if one gets PR through any PNP?

Usually it is moral obligation to stay in a province for certain period of time. I could not find any legal obligations.

However, most of the members, recommend to stay the minimum required period to avoid complications when applying for passport.

So you talk about staying there the minimum required period. Is that information laid out somewhere?

Do some Searches about PR being revoked if you do not stay in Province. I don't have links but recall that they have tightened up system in recent years. What is the point of PNP if it is not used to meet the Province's requirements. Perhaps look at Citizenship requirements and evidence of residence. Look for court decisions as well.

There are claims of PR not being renewed for not staying in the province after nomination. If you're applying for OINP there's a portion that you sign to agree allowing them to contact you in the future. There are also provinces that ask for paystubs, billing address and the like to prove the intention to live and settle after nomination.
