Hello there, I have been following you both from other blogs and I would appreciate if you can help me out here with my situation below:
I held PGWP from Oct-14-2014 to Oct-14-2017. I was nominated by AINP in Nov 2016. I had applied for PR paper file in Nov 2016- It's been 11 months since my federal file for PR. Since my work permit was expiring; I applied for BOWP in July 2017- which got refused on Oct-15,2017, a day after my original work permit expired because I forgot to provide them with my Nomination Letter(AINP). According to that, I am out of status now. I have my wife with me who is pregnant( due next month) and her work permit expired with me as well. Now I am really confused as to what I should be doing to restore my status! Would you mind suggesting me what my next step should be? I have stopped working ever since I got that refusal letter.

Since I have been following CanadaVisa blogs, I came across some options for me!

1) First of all, Can I apply for my Wife's study permit? She has been here for over a year now. she came here on open work permit through spouse! Would securing admission in private college work? We were thinking about January or Possibly May Intake to start College!

2) Secondly, Can I, through my current employer, apply for Closed work permit to restore my status? My employer is ready to help me out with online job offer through Website and all fees associated with it!

Would expert mind suggesting any options better suited for me?
