hello!

can anyone help me? im filling my restoration because I lost my status here when IRCC refused my application. my question is after I apply for restoration can i go outside of canada and have vacation since I cannot work here in canada. whats the process to come back here in canada? how long is the processing of my new work permit?

Restoration only works as long as you remain in Canada. It can take up to four months to process.

Once you leave Canada, you'll need a valid TRV to return (assuming you are from a non-visa exempt country).
