Restoration / work permit Refusal.

I'm in this situation, i applied to extend my work permit on November 13, 2012 to work with same employer i got refuse on January 18, 2013 and my current permit expired on January 19 , 2013. CIC send a letter stating that there was no passport, i did upload it i don't know what is wrong with CIC online system. Then i went and applied February 1, 2013 and now all i can do is wait. i was suppose to put in my application for PR and OWP! In February, Now no work an delay of putting in PR AND OWP. By the way i am on the LIC. I am wondering if they refuse my application again can i restore it again ?or i have to go home an re apply for the LIC again? Anyone been in this situation?

If the second refusal comes within 90 days from your WP expiry date and is about missing documents, you can still submit restoration and WP application. If refusal comes within 90 days from your WP expiry date and is not about missing document but with instruction for you to exit, you need exit Canada. Refusal comes after 90 days, you could not apply for restoration and need to re-apply from outside of Canada.

They will give you reason if refusal is the case. And please pay attention to all the conditions I listed for you and the 90 days.
