Restoration temporary work permit holder

I have a expired close work permit also a PR aplication under process timeline shows me %54
Problem is didn't restore my work permit which is expired on June 16 2020

I realized still have a chance to restore it due to COVID-19 situation however its past more than legal 90 days

Problem is when I tried to apply and restore my work permit system doesn't let me go forward unless put a date after today's date I really confused how can I apply for that

Does anyone can help me step by step For filling up the eligibility form
Really appreciate that

You can restore your status but only to a visitor not WP. The % completed is only an estimate based on pre-covid application times so it may not coincide on your actual processing time. Did you apply for PR before your WP expired?
