restoration process workpermit got refused

hello
i applied my workpermit but it got refused because i didnt attach graduation letter but now my 90 days are over i am applying for restoration from lawyer.Could you please tell me is there any possibility to get my workpermit for 3 years because i have applied for studypermit as well and workpermit as well with restoration

You need to restore you status as student first and then apply for post graduate work after.

I am also a consultant. basically , no body needs a consultant to apply for student visa. consultants within Canada or outside Canada do not matter. It is the consultant' honesty and knowledge of Canadian immigration laws is the main factor.in Canada , members of ICCRC can represent your case at Canadian high commission. but , you should sign an agreement with consultant so that no body can cheat you. The chances of your visa depends on your genuine intention to study , financial ability to pay , ties back home, language abilities and you need to convince the visa officer that you would return to country after studies. Actually , you do not have to return , but study permit is a temporary visa , and this is one of the requirement of temporary visas; however, there are various programs for international students to apply for PR. if you make a statement before visa officer that you are not going to return , and will apply for PR after studies , you application will be refused .so, be careful.

Hi all actually my lmia was taking time to come and i got refuse extension saying the lmia is missing and that i have 90 days to restore my status and on 23 nov 2018 i got the positive lmia and submited the application online and my restoration started on 13 october 2018 i have 90 days to restore my status from 13 october and its 9 january 19 today

Is there any chance it will be approved and how many days do i have to wait
