Restoration of visitor status

Hi all, please i'd appreciate an urgent reply.

My situation:
I am currently in Canada on a visitor visa which expired while i was waiting for an application for extension and a study permit, which were both refused. The reason being proof of funds and ties to home country.

I have been asked to apply for a restoration of my status but my 90days will expire in 2weeks. This is because i have been waiting for an acceptance letter into another program so i can pay my tuition and reapply for another study permit along with my restoration. I still haven't gotten the acceptance letter; it should come in sometime at the end of Nov.

My question:

Should i apply for a restoration and an extension of my visitor status since i haven't received the acceptance letter yet? i don't have time anymore and i don't want to loose my status in Canada.

or

should i go ahead and apply for a restoration and reapply for a study permit while waiting for the acceptance letter then send it and proof of payment as an additional document when i receive it? Can this be done?

Please advice urgently! I appreciate any response. Thanks.

hi all, i am currently staying here in canada for a visitor visa status, and had been approved twice for an extension, i tried again to reapply for another extension, but i was refused and my visa would expire on the 19th of June, the reason it was refused is because i lack a medical examination that should have been sent out to me... as clearly indicated on the approval notification on my papers... "MUST UNDERGO IMMIGRATION MEDICAL WITHIN 60 DAYS. FORMS HAVE BEEN MAILED SEPERATELY." i have been waiting for the forms to be sent out to me and none had came, i never left our house since i was the one who has been staying at home and taking care of my dad. Also called CIC for thier opinion about this case, they said that restoration is the option for me.. Is applying for a restoration of status will be the viable resolution for my case, since i had complied with every requirements that was needed of me... PLEASE HELP ME OUT OF THIS... I AM RUNNING OUT OF OPTION SINCE THIS IS SO IMMEDIATE AND I CANNOT LEAVE MY FATHER HE HAS DEMENTIA, AND I AM THE ONLY ABLE PERSON TO TAKE CARE OF HIM...
