I have two questions the 90 days to apply is up on Tuesday can I apply on Monday of I have proof of when was sent

Also in regard to proof of income whilst here what is best to put in as a family friend is financing us until our lmo comes through

Yes.

You can but this has little chances of approval, as the money has to be yours, not of other people. And no, you cannot be "sponsored".

What if we have no evidence of our money as we havent we live and get money of family? The only funds I have is £57 a week from England and £82 every four weeks. The main reason why were wanting to stay as were waiting on lmo coming through and it has been 14 weeks now.Can we go to the border and get a new visitor visa? Also if the restoration does get denied but we have lmo can we just get the work permit?

Then your chance of restoration are reduced.

The border does not issue TRVs.

Also if the restoration does get denied but we have lmo can we just get the work permit?

To be able to get the work permit you will first need to have a valid status in Canada. As your restoration of status would have been "denied" you will not be eligible.

Given that you have been in Canada illegally for several months, there is a very good chance that CBSA would refuse you re-entry as a visitor if you went to the border.

If the restoration app is denied, you will need to leave Canada immediately. You would need to apply for a work permit from your home country.
