Restoration of Status - Documents

Heylo

I am going to apply for restoration of status as I could not renew my work permit, I am trying to look at all the forms I need- I see IMM5401 a stamped receipt but I dont see that form when I check the guides/forms on CIC website.

Does anyone know for the Proof of Funds - how many months bank statements they need? If I include a Letter explaining that I am also applying for PR through the OINP program would that help my case?

Would it be easier to send the OINP documents first then apply for restoration?

Well what I did is paid online ($200) and send them the receipt for payment . I guess IMM 5401 is if you don't want to pay online. I wrote a cover letter explaining that I have send the application for inland sponsorship.
I also included a letter from my spouse saying all my expenses will be taken care by my spouse and we included our joint account statement for 3 months.

I do have the funds so I can show proof of funds but it
will be the same funds I'm showing for PR application so
I don't know if that will cause some issues . Maybe I can
show half for the restoration of visa and then full for the
PR application

Well, we provided the same proof of funds for both the application since I don't see how it can be a problem.
