I am trying to restoration of my wife's open work permit status, which was rejected earlier. Now when I create a new application it does not show anywhere a question or selection "Do you want to apply to restore your status?". Likewise, in fees section, it does not show a restoration of the status fee of CAD 200. Did anybody have a similar issue before? Can you please share what I need to do? I would really appreciate your help. I do not want to make any mistakes.
