Hi Leon/Dependabill,
As my children were minors at the time we made the decision to leave Canada and that was not under their control and their PR cards were expired a while ago.
Let’s suppose we applied for the first child who is now very close to 18 years of age and gets the approval to revive his PR, the question that comes up:
What will happen to parents and other children PR status once the file is opened for one of the family member who gets approval? Does that mean that other family members PR status will be revoked. Is there any reference to such information related to the subject.
The second question: if the first child get the approval and the rest of the family decided to enter through the US border under an estimation that the file is not flagged once the file is opened? Is that possible that the file might not be flagged under such scenario.
Thanks
