i need to apply the extension my work permit. but my employer has some problem in applying the job offer. he can't sign in the employer portal to apply offer.
There is not clear enough information for my liking.
It doesn't mention what status you have while awaiting a restoration application .Because for certain permit applications like IEC you need to have valid status during the process from ITA through to finish.
Also it doesn't specify if you can work or not if you previously were on an open work permit.It only mentions if you were on an employer specific one .
It's certainly a step in the right direction but It's new information and they need to clarify more and quickly.
