Restoration bowp

I am applying for restoration as visitor even if i have applied for bowp to stay on implied status so that i can work. I know bowp is going to get refused as i did not hv ita or any base to support the bowp.

So do i inform cic when applying for restoration that i am waiting for bowp so i am on implied status i was working but i have stopped working now..

Is it ok??
