Response from MPNP regarding New web-form for "Intention of changing Employer"

Hello Everyone, I Submitted Web form for informing MPNP regarding changing Employer. I never got any email which confirms they've received that Web-from neither any response even after months been passed. Is it normal to happen please let me know if someone also had same experience. Even though they claimed on their website that they would Process/Respond within 10 business days. Today's date I've got no Proof that I informed them about it which makes me stressed out.

I submitted a web form after my position changed in my company my MPNP is also expired and couldn't apply for federal PR too that was on February 15th so still waiting
