Responding time for revised Biometric Letter

Hey guys,
I applied for study permit on June 5, 2020. I received my BIL at that time. But, due to ongoing pandemic was not able to book appointment for biometric, as VACs in India are closed. I raised webform to issue revised BIL because previous BIL was expired within 3 months (i.e. September 4, 2020).
So, anyone have idea about how many days they are taking to issue new BIL?

Chances are they won't because the old expired BIL is still valid. In IRCC webinar they said they don't have resources to issue BIL for all, so it's automatically extended without notice.

Indeed I gave my biometrics last week with the expired BIL.
