respected Qorax n PMM please help regarding work experience

respected sir i am in second stage at ND VO. i have to submit full documents. i am doing a govt. contractual job in dispensary in punjab. i am a mbbs doctor n having 4+ years experience in this job. my job timings are 9 to 3 , 6 days a week.it comes as 36 hours per week. my consultant told me that u should have min. 37.5 hrs/week.Before joining this job i was doing private practice in my nursing home from 2004 9 to 2 and 4 to 8. nowadays also i m doing private practice after duty hours which is permissible in my contract .but i was not filing any IT returns before joining my job. now i am in a bit of confusion that how can i justify my private practice as in work experience to fulfill 37.5 hrs / week requirement to support my application. moreover my wife is medical graduate from ussr but she is not having medical council registration to practice in india. will her degree will be counted in adaptability points without work experience. thanks in advance.
