Residing country issue

Hi there,

M living in canada from almost 7 yrs.

I am out of status in canada from more than 2 months, and more leaving soon.

I am taking my medical exam tomorrow and getting pcc in this week. So m preparing paperwork for express entry.

I got an invitation last week on 443 points, but I put my residing country india.
So can I still use that invitation or I should put residing country canada ?
Or should I decline the invitation and apply again ?

Please suggest.

You should go back to India. Mention in your LOE that at the time of receiving your ITA you were still in Canada and explain your out of status situation. Otherwise, decline, go back to India and start all over.

So,

I decided to decline the invitation and I will get in pool again. Is that good ?

Can I use this medical exam report and pcc ?

Is there any issue regarding that I took this medical exam while I was out of status ? Or no issues.
