my wife wants to sponsor me and she has submited the document. Reply recieved from CPC 'As per their record I have visited canada as PR and I have to tell them about my residency status through CIC'. Since I did not stayed for 2 years out of 5 my status should get canceled. please let me know from where I have find my residency status

CIC should be able to help you with this.
any service canada office would have the details if you show them your passport.
if your not close to any visa office or CIC processing office, you can call them with your passport and provide the details they need.
they would give the residency details as on date then.
