Residency requirement - been here since 2006 and PR 2012

Hello,

I am confused with the days required in the residency requirement, I have been in Canada since 2006 and have been a PR since 2012 and according to the online calculator I have 1152 which excludes 105 absent days.

When I calculated it says I meet the requirement but I am reading that 1,095 days have increased to 1,460 days or going to increase. If I apply March 16th, 2015 do I still fall under the 1,095 days?

Any help is appreciated

Yes, you still fall under old rule i.e 1095 days. Please apply asap

Until the end of March it will be for sure the same requirement 1095 days, so don't hurry that much.
Just make sure that you have minimum 1095 days of physical presence before you sign your application.

I have gathered all the docs and ready to apply on Monday and have 1152 days.

Is there a thread outlining the overall processing steps and is there a Toronto thread?
My friends have got the citizenship in about 6 months in the Toronto office,

Do not forget to mention any day spent outside canada on ur residence calculator and all the best

I have mentioned all the days I was absent for the 4 years preceding the application date.

One more question, I am hearing a lot about RQ and just read on it; what is the usual scenario it is send?
Also do I need to provide any employment details?

Employment history on the form yes as you will write what you were doing in the last four years but ur not required to submit proof of employment only send what asked , and RQ no one knows why they give but mostly u get if u have not meet residence requirement like having fewer than 1095 days but i think these days they don't give out so many RQ like what they did in 2011 and 2012 but all in all if the Officer feel like giving it he will , but do not worry about it do ur part and the rest its up to them , don't stress over things you can't control ,
just have ur stamp in ur passport translated if not written in English, have all ur old passport in the last four years and the one from immigrated with to Canada don't throw them have them , And put those entries correctly and the rest is up to CIC

I definitely meet the required 1,095 since I have been living and working here since I came and just go on vacations outside the country.

When you say your stamp in the passport, does that mean I have to submit my entry stamps since I came to Canada in 2006 and my PR entry stamp in 2012 or just my bio pages?

if they say bio pages its only bio pages , but the day of ur interview they will check all ur entries in ur passport thus why i said if not english have them translated in advance since u said u live in Toronto which is good as they are very fast. Just read the instruction careful before sending the application .

Yes couple of my friends have got it in 6 months or less.
