I am in the process of applying for the renewal of my Permanent Resident (PR) card and require some guidance regarding my address history and proof of residency over the past five years.
My address history is somewhat complex, as I did not have a long-term lease during this period. Additionally, I was outside of Canada for more than a year during the COVID pandemic. I maintained an official address in Alberta for documentation purposes, including banking and employment. However, I didn't stay in that place.
During the mentioned period, I resided at multiple addresses in different provinces. I traveled between Nepal and Colombia, maintained my official address in Alberta, and lived most part in Quebec.
Could you please advise on how I should present my address history in my application?
Regarding proof of residency, I have included my Record of Employment, Notices of Assessment (NOAs) for the past five years, and a few bank statements from my chequing account. Would this documentation be sufficient, or is there anything else I should include to support my application?
Thank you for your assistance and guidance.
