My son applied for PRTD in 2.5 years back he got PR My wife reject , she went to appeal and last year on telephonic appeal she lost appeal and PR status. She applied for TRVS She got Multiple, in November 2018 i applied for PRTD today I got refusal letter asking for appeal to IAD, now I want TD for physical presence in appeal to canada , will IAD allow me to enter canada to attained appeal?

You should assume the TD will be refused. You are only entitled to a TD to attend an appeal in person if you have residency days in Canada within the last year. Since you haven't been in Canada in the last five years - the TD is going to be refused.

I'm not sure why you are bothering to appeal given you have zero residency days in the last five years and haven't been here since 2012.
