Hi,

I have only 50 days to break the 730 days rule, will that affect the sponsorship?
I asked a lawyer and she told me that they might question me and revoke my PR status due to my absence in the first 3 years? Please if you have any experience to share with me.

Also, I haven't file any tax as I was outside Canada in the first 3 years, will that impact spouse sponsorship?

Thanks.

If you don't meet RO, don't sponsor your wife until you do, and not just 730 days.....wait until you have about 800 in case IRCC questions or disallows any of the time you claim in Canada. If you apply before you meet RO, it will be refused and they will start the process to revoke your PR.

You need to wait till you meet your RO before you sponsor your wife. Just as your lawyer told you.

Also if you are staying in Canada for more than 183 days in the tax year, you should file tax. Include all your foreign income and foreign investment income as well. There is no official number for income to sponsor your spouse. But you need to proof that you can support her (via income and/or savings).

I am PR since 19/9/2015 and returned on 10/8/2018. Also, I have a previous stay which is around 19 days.
So, what is your suggestion? I am still within the RO limits but behavior in the past is not good due to long absence.

As Bluetruck suggested count your physical presence days and have buffer (extra days). Wait till then to apply for spousal sponsorship.

Sorry, I am not going to calculate dates for you.

You meet the RO, so you can sponsor your spouse.

You don't have much excess time so would suggest not taking any vacations but if you need to maybe only a week.
