Absences from Canada.

"Complete this section and provide the following supporting documents that apply to your situation. All information and supporting documents pertaining to this section must be provided from your arrival date in Canada."

Does that mean, i submit documents for the last 4 years before my application or since my arrival in canada?

I read the ABSENCES FROM CANADA as since you arrived in Canada, in my case 2000.

The first bit says 'unless otherwise noted' - since 'arrival date in Canada' is in bold, I'm thinking that this would be an otherwise noted situation.
