Residence questionnaire demistified

1. Is this a standard form or a series of questions specific to every applicant?
2 How many questions? How many pages?
3. Do they ask you to provide supporting documentation for every period you were physically present in Canada, or only specific periods that they chose?
4. Are there other types of questions?
5 Anything else important?
