does anyone of you forgot to sign and date the print out? i did i hope they won't returnn it. oh my god

Yes everything. You may as well start a new application and count the extra time you spent in Canada.

No, dont do it if you havent received the first one back. When did you send it? Expect it back 2=3 months after they receive it.

Make sure it is not stale/post dated when you resend it.


Sign and date the application form with the signature you currently use on other official documents.

Note. Your application will be returned to you if:

the form is not signed and dated,
stale-dated (dated more than 90 days before CIC receives it),
post-dated (dated into the future).

See if you can stop the shipment if they havent delivered it yet. This would be way faster than waiting for CIC to send back.

hopefuuly they will overlook it cos i know 2 people who did not sign it yet they went through. they just took the exam last month.

On the other hand, I know many people who had it returned because they did not sign the calculator. It happened to someone on this forum couple weeks ago.

Call the delivery company right away, you may get lucky.

You have to call their customer service. The ones at Shoppers are probably agents and cant help you with that.
