Resending Initial Application Queries

Hi,

I missed the date on the fee payment form and my file was resend to me a few days back.

Do you guys mind answering some of my queries pls.

1. Do I put the 3-digit Authorization Number (For Official Use Only tag)? - the 3 -digit number at the back of my credit card?
2. Do I resend the old application form with the adjusted form e.g. Date the Fee payment form? OR Send new updated forms? and just attach the letter
3. I can be sure that they have checked all my other documents and that the ones they noticed are just the ones needed to be adjusted?

Please do provide any assistance especially those who resent their application and got their AOR afterwards.

Resend the old application form with the adjusted form - Date the Fee payment form attach and the letter from CIO.
