Hello, I am currently an undergraduate Chemistry student in Canada, and am planning to take Master degree in Chemistry in Canada. For Chemistry, you have to work as a teaching assistant and research assistant when doing your master degree, just want to know If the time I spend being a research assistant during my master degree count as working experience for CEC?

Generally, yes. You'll want to be able to document the number of hours worked per week, though, because the challenge will be to get 1950 hours within 2 years...
