I am a PhD student from abroad of Canada. I received an invitation letter from Polytechnique Montreal University to perform a research internship, but its duration is 115 consecutive days . In addition, the Polytechnique gave me a LMIA exemption code for the work permit.
I heard it is too likely that my application visa be declined because of the duration of my internship which is less than 4 months.
I would be grateful if you let me know is it true that they will reject my visa application due to the duration of my internship? if so, shall I increase this period to more than 4 months?
