Hi everyone,
I’m currently outside of Canada and planning to return in mid-January. I noticed on the citizenship tracker that I have an oath ceremony date coming up, but I haven’t received the official invitation email with the exact time yet.
I’m considering reaching out to IRCC via the web form to request a reschedule, but I’m unsure if I should wait until I receive the official email and then reply to it instead. One issue with using the web form is that it requires the ceremony time, which I don’t have yet, as only the date is shown on the tracker.
Questions:
I’d appreciate any insights on the above. TIA!

Questions:
- For anyone who has requested a reschedule after notifying IRCC of your return date, what kind of wait times have you experienced for a new oath ceremony date?
- Additionally, does anyone know if the return dates can differ for the principal applicant and co-applicants?
- Should I reach out to IRCC via web form based on the citizenship tracker's notification even If I do not have the exact appointment time OR should I wait for the email invite?
I’d appreciate any insights on the above. TIA!
