Reschedule Citizenship test Sydney Office

Hi ,

I recently received my invitation to schedule my citizenship test between June-end and mid-July. My office of contact is CPC Sydney, P.O. Box 12000, Sydney NS B1P 7C2. They received my file in November 2020

Considering the situation, I am NOT in Canada and can’t make it until late July or August



My only question to you guys, they mentioned that in case of reschedule, we can email the office where our file is being processed

Hope they’re not sending reschedule dates after 7-8months long.

On page 1 in your test invite pdf under "eligibility" section you will see the email for the office which has your file.
The same information will also reflect on page 3 under "rescheduling".
Email them explaining your situation and they will work with you. Rescheduling is probably 2-3 months but someone else could maybe enlighten us more on that.

Thanks so much for the input. I am sorry but I don't have test invite PDF, I checked this on Citizenship Application Tracker. The Tracker replaces the Electronic Client Application Status (eCAS) tool for citizenship grant applications. That's the only page I've for rescheduling info

You'll receive an email closer to the test window. Follow the OP's instructions after you receive the test invitation via email.

Just give it a few days and you will get the email with the pdf.
Or try this email if you are impatient like me.lol.

I thought that the files are being transferred from cpc to local office. Did they start processing at cpc itself?
Did you get to know the office location from gcms notes?

No I found the office info on acknowledgement PDF attached, when I received my first email from them. I am not sure about their processing but we need to contact the corresponding office where one's file is being processed.
