i just want to asked if it possible to apply for tourist if there an invitation letter.... however this case was his an insulin dependent knowing that case is seris is it possible for him to be approve? the invitation is from a family friend from canada wants to invite my friend in philippines to be there in that celebration the guy is the fiance of granddaugther to the celebrant is that possible or not... please help us urgent...
