Requirments for chef? help needed plzzz

Hi considering to apply for Canadian immigration under chef route. I hold 4 years Italian Restaurants chef experience in UK. My qualification is MBA. do I need relevent qualification?
Also for funds I need 13,000 $ as got two dependents? can I use off shore account. is there any time limite for the required money to be in the account or just ending balance will do.

You can show your savings account where you do frequent transaction .. You need to show at least 6 months transaction and end balance should be the same or more than your proof of fund amount . You can show your FD's also .
