My wife has a nephew who is Canadian citizen. Can this nephew apply for sponsorship in Canada? What are the requirements?

1. In most cases No, unless he is single, has no children, his parents and grandparents are deceased and he doesn't have a Brother/Sister/Aunt/Uncle/Niece/Nephew who is living in Canada, or a Canadian citizen.
