Hi guys, my friend was asked by CIC to send 2 pics fogether with passport. We both read the instructions. Do both pictures need to be stamped by photographer or only one of them? All our friends said that she needs 2 pics to be stamped, but CIC instructions state to leave one pic blank?! Ur advice will be highly appreciated!

CIC instructions are quite clear about it:
"One photo must be left blank" (this phrase is even bolded in the instructions).
