Hello, I have questions . cause I want to be sure I dont have a problem at the border.

I am a permenent canadian citizen but have been living in the usa for the last 15 years .
My daughter is 14 and was born in the united states , I am moving to canada for a better life.
Her mother has full legal custody/guardianship. I was told she needed a passport to travel by land
so I got her mom to sign papers for that application. But after reading some information on passports
from ..travel state gov .. I find this

Children: Beginning June 1, 2009, U.S. and Canadian citizen children under age 16 arriving by land or sea from contiguous territory may also present an original or copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, a Naturalization Certificate, or a Canadian Citizenship Card.

question 1) Can my daughter cross without that passport? I have her original birth certificate would I need anything else ?

question 2) My canadian citizenship card has a picture of me when i was 16 , I am 33 now but it still looks like me, will I have a problem ?

question3) Im bringing stuff with me from my home like a computer dvd's personal belonging basicaly, and my truck, will I get charged duty on any of these things ??

thanks for these use full forums, and thaks in advance for your help , take care

1) Your daughter can cross border with her US passport
2) No issue with your Canadian citizenship card
3) Be sure to prepare your B4 (Goods accompany/Goods to follow) if you are moving back to Canada
