required visa for passing professional engineering course and exam

I am going through achieving P.Eng license from SK government (APEGS), I know that I will be assigned technical courses/ exams before becoming an EIT and then confirmatory exams.

1. I would like to know what kind of visa could I get to come to Canada to pass these courses?
2. I wonder if I could work(any kinds of works) during that time to pay my expenses?
3. If it is possible to stay in Canada afterwards for results and then working as a EIT (engineer in training) or I will have to come back to my country?
4. If i will have to come back to my country, how having a EIT licence could help me to get a work visa to come back in Canada to fulfill Canadian required work experience?

1. TRV (tourist visa) assuming the courses are six months or less.
2. No - it's illegal to work as a visitor in Canada. You must bring enough funds with you to pay for your visit without working.
3. To work in Canada, you would have to qualify and apply for a work permit. To apply for a work permit, you first need to secure a job offer in Canada and your employer must obtain an approved LMIA. This is a long (4-6 month) and very expensive process for the employer that requires the employer to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. The vast majority of employers are not willing to go through this process.
4. It's quite unlikely because employers generally aren't willing to go through the LMIA process. You should focusing on qualifying and applying to immigrate instead. A work permit most likely will not be possible.
