Gentlemen , i am done with my documents and want to have a verdict of proffessionals so that i can step towards sending the doc to sydney ...I intend to file under skill classs category 0213 as i am working as a Project manager for a Telecom solution provider and as of now I posses almot 3 years of experince in this discipline. My rest of the experience is in Business development and as a Controller International Business .

I have searced NOc site and have evaluated that Business Development manager falls under NOC 4163 code ??? If any one can confirm this , it will be of great help ???

Also , i am unable to locate under which category Controller International Business will fall ??? as i was mainly involved in handling and development of international business so will it also fall under category 4163 ???

Furthermore , my rest of the experience ( 4163) other than 0213 does not fall under Skill level O,A,B am i right ??? is yes then shall i not mention this in schedule 3 - question 11 ????? as it specifically says to include that experience which falls under skill level O, A and B ???

Only occupations that are on the 38 list are awarded points for immigration. NOC 4163 does not seem to appear on the 38 list. But, you can claim points for 0213.

shall i mention employement whcih falls under NOC 4163 in schedule 3 form ???? please clarify as what i suppose is that only exp which falls in skill level O,A and B only that you have to mention in the schedule 3 form - pls clarify ???

If you have at least one year exp in the list of 38 NOCs then rest of your experience will also be counted as long as it fits in any NOC from rest of NOCs.
