Hello,

I want to ask what would happen if any of the documents that I provide for Express Entry post ITA does not meet the exact requirements mentioned?
For example:
1- Employement letters are missing some info or job duties.
2- Bank statement does not contain all the info they require.

Will they reject the whole application and I will be returned to the pool? or will they just ask for the corrected and modified documents to be scanned and uploaded again?

Thanks in advance,
Best regards.

1- Rejection if the ref. letter does not include duties and responsibilities and you claimed points for such work experience.

They will reject, so it is totally on you to provide additional information if you cannot get it in one letter.

For example, you can also provide your job offer letter and job description.

will they do that even if you have enough other proven work experience with valid reference letters?

Most people only submit the employment history for the roles that gain them points. Less to prove, less to go wrong etc.

If you have submitted more experience than required, they would void the experience that you have not proven sufficiently and recalculate your points. If you are over the cut-off for your draw, your application would continue. If you are under, it would be rejected.

Yes if it results in the scenario that ozlis mentioned.

thx, ok I have more than enough experience if they void it thx again

Thanks for your replies.

What about Bank statement letters? For instance, my last name is not being shown on the statement because my full name is too long. Would there be an issue? and if they did not like it, will they reject the whole application?

Then include a bank certification letter, naming you as the account owner, that also states the account numbers in the statement.
