Depends on the school and program. Do some research on admission requirements as every school is different. Also depends on the grades for mandatory courses required for admissions.

Please what can be a strong home ties for a 19 yrs old straight from WAEC with first semester fee paid . GIC account created , investment account under applicant name and 45cad in his moms account as sponsor?
Job and career opportunities to justify costs. Higher salary by xx amount then if studied in home country. How many years is program, school?

Thanks for your response. To obtain a Bsc of the intended course is 5years in home country via university. In regards to the pof is there anything that’s needs to be done to improve chances of getting a visa ?
Well if the program is 4 years and costs around $45k per year that totals around $180k. How are you paying for that since your mom is showing $45k? Is that all her savings?

Study your undergraduate degree in your home country and get better grades then apply for a masters degree in Canada. Just in funds alone your family can not afford for you to attend university in Canada.

Thanks for getting back to me. The course is a two years diploma course in a college in Ontario.

but if to be done in home country it will be 5years as bsc. Total cost for the 5years will be less than the first semester school fees already paid in the college.

first semester tuition has been paid.
investments for applicant about 10k cad
GIC created 21k cad
Sponsor account 45k cad
So you are not doing a BSc degree then. A two year diploma is in no way near to a BSc. There is no comparison and not a valid argument. A Canadian degree would take 4-5 years too so not taking an equivalent program.

The applicant just finished from high school and he’s a 19year old. Please can you please elaborate on “”not taking an equivalent program””.
There is no comparison between a 5 year BSc in home country to a 2 year college diploma in Canada. Your argument is that it takes 5 years in home country to get a BSc. if you want to compare then you would apply to a 4 year BSc progrm in Canada. A 2 year diploma is not even close to taking a BSc.
