Required option for Police Clearance Certificate in India

Hi,

For submitting my ITA, I need to provide a police clearance certificate (PCC) from my home country, India.

Now, in the PCC application form, there are 2 options as a reason for applying for a PCC:

1) Immigration purpose other than Citizenship

2) Residence Permit

Can you kindly tell me which option would be appropriate in this case ?

P.S. My application type in the IRCC account is mentioned as "Permanent Residency"
