Hi Team,

Me and my friend is applying for Canada PR express entry, we have ample of experience and we are from engineering background, B-Tech. only. But our point as of now is summed up to 429.
Agent suggested us to get a fake educational certificate from UGC recognized private institutes, there are many who are doing it on back dates.
Our concern is whether it is valid ?
How embassy gonna check that ?
What are consequences of doing such thing ?

We are in dilemma, legitimate replies will help us.

Yes - of course the embassy is going to verify that documents are genuine. This is why they do background checks - to catch people who do this. Submitting fake documents is fraud and a crime. If you do this, expect to be caught, your application refused and then banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation.

Ditch that agent. no need to do all that. even if it goes through now if you get busted later on they'll withdraw everything. so don't go that route
