Required documents to extend PGWP with new passport

Hi,

I was eligible for a 3-year post graduate work permit, but only got 2-year one because of expiration of my previous passport. Now I have new passport and I'd like to ask 2 questions about the extending process:

1. Do I need to submit the same supporting documents as I applied for PGWP the first time?

2. Can I do this online? I've known that it is possible, but I just want to verify in case the regulations has changed.
