Required documents for migration

Hi dear friends,

i am pastry chef , i have 4 year experience. I worked in Dubai, Kuwait , India and currently in Oman. I wish to migrate to canada as a skilled worker.
Could you help me out?
What are the required documents i need to prepare before starting the process ,apart from IELTS.
I can get payslip from the hotel in kuwait. From dubai its not possible, but i can show the contract and offer letter .

you would probably need a job offer from an employer who has performed a labor market impact assessment (LMIA) to prove that there is nobody in Canada who is capable of fulfilling that role. Unfortunately, it is probably unlikely that in the present circumstances where many hotels and restaurants have been laying off staff, that an employer would be able to successfully prove that they can't fill the position with a person within Canada unless you have a unique skill.
