Required documents at CIC

Hi guys,

I’m applying for a Student visa at CIC online for my brother, he's 16 years old. I’m from Germany.

I have downloaded the document checklist to know which documents I need. Because my brother is 16 years I need the Custodianship Declaration (IMM5646).
Now I have the problem, when I want to finish the upload of all documents at CIC there is no section for this form.
They just want the application form IMM1294, proof of finical support, passport, birth certificate, letter of acceptance and a digital photo.
I think there are missing a few documents like the IMM5646. Where do I have the opportunity to upload them?

Attach them together with the Letter of Explanation. Just combine the files into one.
