Require information for job bank registration

Dear Friends,

I have one query regarding my job bank account.

Eight month back i created my express entry profile and in august 2015 my profile got Ineligible because of my ielts certificate (Got expired).

and in last month i again created my express entry profile with my another ielts certificate (I appeared two times for ielts) now new application is saying that i have to register for job bank,however i have already registered with job bank with my previous express entry profile. now when i am trying to register with new express entry profile,it is obvious job bank will show that i am already registered moreover my new profile is saying i have to register with job bank.

please suggest now what i should do to come out to this situation (Is it good idea to create new email id to register with job bank) .

Login to job bank and change to some other mail id. Then you can create a new JB profile with that old mail id again and link with your new EE profile.

could you elaborate.

Your job bank profile is linked with your old mail id. You can't use that mail id till your old JB profile is deactivated or the email id link broken. Either do that or make a new JB profile with another email id.
