i ve bn nominated by mpnp, am to apply to cic through paper application,
My IELTS result is 5.5 which is CLB 6,speak-6.5,writ-6.0,liste-4.5,readi-4.5,can i use it to apply?
secondly, i need clearificaion about fee payment,i couldnt find account no on the web,if am to pay through on line,should i just fill the payment form and input information on my credit card and submit it with my application?
thirdly is it a most to include all my family members and put their pics?
