"require by" in online application

I've applied online a week ago but looking at my application, it says "Required by 01 May 2013". Does that mean that they will start processing on May 1st?

It more sounds like they require something from you. Keep on checking ur email and post mail for any letters from CHC. Might ask you to submitt more details.
