Requesting opinion on applicants residing country

Hi Everyone
Please give me some expert opinions for the situation that I am facing.

Recently I for nomination from OINP and I am expecting ITA in the next PNP/FSW draw. I got nomination as a single applicant and I am planning to add my wife and kid to my profile as I will be in the safe cutoff range.

But my wife holds a student visa and she will be traveling to Canada as soon as the ban is lifted. So will there be any problem if we are in separate locations during the application process. I am in UAE and currently my wife and kid is in India. When my wife travels, our kid will be with his grandparents. So basically during the process stage, I will be in UAE, my wife in Canada (if ban is lifted) and our kid will be in India. So during the passport submission stage and all, can we chose the country in which each applicant is residing?.

Another option that I am thinking is to add my dependent after my PR process is complete.

Please give your suggestions and opinion on the situation.
