Requesting help in solving reference letter issue for express entry

Hello Guys, i am yet to get the reference letters done from my previous organisation. The issue is that the manager, with whom i have worked has moved to some other organisation. Is it ok to get a reference letter from him even though he is not a part of our common organisation now? I tried approaching HR and other colleagues in that previous organisation of mine but they are not willing to provide me this letter. Please help me out as it is a bit urgent.

Also, please suggest ways and means of tackling the issue in case i am unable to get the reference letter from my organisation!!!

You have to provide the letter in the letterhead of that company. If your manager has changed companies, he does not have the authorization to do so. You can approach a senior colleague, who will be willing to give you one.
